About the Event
What happens when you give yourself permission to be creative?
This year, ArtintheQC went on a creative adventure around Charlotte. I took hands-on classes, tried new things, experimented with materials, got messy, and allowed myself to be a beginner. The result is a collection of art that will be shared for one night only at NOT AN ARTIST.
This pop-up art show will serve as ArtintheQC’s first ever fundraiser. Guests will explore the artwork created throughout the year while moving through hands-on experiences of their own. Come prepared to create!
Upon arrival, you'll be given permission to experiment, make mistakes, and be a beginner. Everyone will leave with something they've made and, once they've completed the tasks in their Activity Guide, they'll be able to choose a piece of artwork from the show to take home. Hors d'oeuvres provided. Specialty cocktails available for purchase.
