The annual Fall Arts Festival will take place on Saturday, September 12 from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Over 50 participating local artists will be set up in Historic Downtown Davidson. In addition to the fine art, attendees will be able to purchase handmade gifts, food at local restaurants, and live music. The Chain (Fleetwood Mac Tribute Band) will perform on the Green (119 S. Main Street) at 6:00 p.m.

Raleigh Arts and the Block Gallery are seeking artists to submit works that relate to the theme “Celebrating the Greenways” for a group exhibition. This exhibition aims to bring attention to the importance of retaining and maintaining the Greenway System and vibrant network of public trails and open spaces.
Artists living or working in North Carolina are invited to submit their work for consideration by the September 4, 2026 deadline. The exhibition will be on view November 2026 through January 2027.

We’re looking for a design that’s creative, vibrant, inspiring, and that encompasses all that SHOUT! has to offer. The winner will receive $1,000 and be the cover of the SHOUT! Booklet. Each year Waterworks presents three major rotating exhibitions of contemporary fine art and craft by local, regional, national and international artists who present a range of compelling visual work, including an annual outdoor sculpture show.
We welcome submissions from established and emerging artists with credentials. Submissions are reviewed within 60–90 days following the two annual deadlines and are for review only—not a guarantee of exhibition.
Waterworks exhibition calendar is planned up to 18–24 months in advance to allow artists ample time to prepare or create new work.

Francis Marrion University Gately Gallery is currently seeking proposals for the 2027 Academic Year Exhibitions Calendar. Submissions will be reviewed and selected by a committee of FMU faculty. Shows typically run for 7 to 8 weeks.
Gately Gallery is a 3000+ square-foot space with over 200 feet of wall exhibition space including 96 feet of movable partition walls. There is an additional 85-square-foot front window bay that should be utilized for exhibition.

Calling all artists! Arts Culture Catawba is looking for artists to exhibit in 2027-28 at our Art Wall Gallery space, located in our offices that we share with the SALT Block Foundation. We typically feature one artist per quarter, although we occasionally feature a pairing of artists or a themed group.
Each quarter, Arts Culture Catawba hosts an artist reception to kick off each new exhibit. We invite the entire community to enjoy light refreshments, view your work, and host an artist talk where you have the opportunity to speak about your work and answer questions from the audience. Each exhibit will remain on display for approximately three months and will be seen by numerous daily visitors to our space.
