2026 ArtFields Festival Poster Contest

The ArtFields Team will be looking for one dynamic image to represent the ArtFields Festival on our poster, sticker, and other multi-media. The winner will receive $2,000, lots of recognition, 25 posters, and and a sample of any other merch with the design. Artists must reside in the Southeastern US.

OBRA Collective is seeking artwork that speaks to resilience, justice, and the complex experience of being here, now. 2026 Artfields Portrait Contest

NC Folk Festival Poster Design

Greensboro, NC

For the first time ever, the NC Folk Festival is inviting North Carolina–based artists to create the official artwork for our 2026 Festival, September 18-20. The selected artwork will be featured on the official poster and across festival promotions, merchandise, and digital platforms.

Artists are encouraged to create designs that capture the mission, energy, and spirit of the Festival, a celebration of music, dance, craft, and community that brings together artists and audiences from around the world. The artist selected will receive $1,500.

Beer Can Design Open Call

Savannah, GA

This open call is for artists working in 2D across illustration, graphic design, drawing, painting, mixed media, printmaking, and digital art who are interested in creating a cohesive three-can illustration series.

The visual direction draws from retro futurism and Project 1794 references, with room for narrative, atmosphere, and a strong graphic point of view.

One selected artist will receive a $1,500 paid commission to produce final can artwork in collaboration with Service Brewing Co. No new work is required.

'All the Fixins: Artists from the South' Exhibition

All the Fixins: Artists from the South is a juried exhibition showcasing the phenomenal artistic talent of artists living and working in the South. All the Fixins will take place at the Reeves House Visual Arts Center from May 8 – July 4, 2026. Susan Bridges, the Director/Owner of Whitespace Gallery, will review artist submissions to determine which work will be shown and which artworks will receive awards for first ($500), second ($250), and third place ($100).

ArtFields 2026 'Wet Paint' Competition

Lake City, SC

This event will be held across 3 days April 16, 17, and 18 from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM with awards selected by judge Paula Holtzclaw on April 18. Choose your day to start painting, and enter you work for a chance to compete for the following awards: $1000 for first place, $700 for second place, and $300 for third place. When you are completely finished with your work, take your work and your easel to the designated drop-off site and all artworks will be judged on Saturday, April 18th at 5pm.

This year, the Moore Farms Botanical Garden is an official painting site!
